11 GPM FILTER CART WITH 11 micron Synthetic element and 6 micron Synthetic element

This is a step up from the filter carts that use Cellulose elements.  It should be used if you are filtering used oil from an existing machine in your facility or a piece of mobile equimment that may have some contamination that needs filtered out.  A portable 2-wheel dolly with one Donaldson P164378 11 micron Beta 1000 synthetic spin on filter and one Donaldson P165332 6 Micron Beta 1000 synthetic spin on https://www.donaldson.com/content/dam/donaldson/engine-hydraulics-bulk/catalogs/Hydraulic/North-America/F112100-ENG/Medium-Pressure/Hydraulic-HMK04-24.pdf The oil flows through the cart in series which means that it passes through the 11 micron filter first removing the heavy contaminants and then it passes through the 6 micron filer. The motor is 1 horse power 115 VAC with on/off toggle switch and 35 gpm rated filter to allow for more dirt holding capacity. Equipped with bypass valve and visual indicator to warn when filter needs to be changed. The cart comes equipped with a Y-straine as well as built in visual clogging indicators on the filter head.  When the indicator goes into the red, the element needs changed.  If you have water in your hydraulic system please check out MFC-1-AA-2BC
