Achieving the Target Cleanliness
Wojanis Supply Company provides a series of bulk filtration solutions to clean, protect and polish fluids at the worksite. Each of these steps is essential to maintaining proper fluid cleanliness levels to ensure equipment is reliable and running efficiently. The three steps we suggest to protect fluid on-site are to CLEAN the fuel as it comes in, PROTECT the fuel while it is in storage, and POLISH the fuel as you dispense it for use. For More information on the progression of diesel fuel and why it is becoming increasingly more important to maintian quality fuel, check out our Diesel Fuel Quality page.

Clean - Single Pass Filtration
The first step is to filter your fluids as they come to the site. Donaldson’s filters allow for an easy single pass system with a low pressure drop allowing for easy, fast and effective filtration. Fuel will run through the filter on the way into storage eliminating contamination that the fluid may have picked up during storage and transportation prior to reaching the worksite.

These manifolds can be customized to each specific application to allow for the appropriate flow while still achieving the required ISO cleanliness. Our in house engineers and technical sales department can help determine exactly what you need and develop an application that will fit your specific situation. Manifolds can range from a single filter up to 10 filter manifolds to account for different flow rates and volume that need to be achieved. Protect With T.R.A.P. Breathers and Active Reservoir Vent
Once your fuel is in storage it is important to maintain the quality of the fuel until it is ready to be used. T.R.A.P. breathers allow for air to get in and out of the tank without contaminating it with water and dust particles in the air.
How a T.R.A.P. Breather Works
- Intake Cycle (Inhalation) The circuit “breathes in” air containing moisture vapor.
- The T.R.A.P. breather strips moisture and particulate from the incoming air, allowing only clean, dry air to enter the circuit.
- Outflow Cycle (Exhalation) During the “exhalation” cycle, the T.R.A.P. breather allows unrestricted airflow outward.
- The outflow of dry air picks up the moisture collected by the T.R.A.P. breather during intake, and “blows it back out” – fully regenerating the T.R.A.P. breather’s water-holding capacity
Polish with High Pressure Delivery Systems
Point of use filtration ensures that the fluid going into use is free of contaminants that it may have picked up in storage or final transfer. These filters allow for minimal effect on flow, but will have high quality clean fuel going into each applicatoin that will achieve maximum performance and eliminate system failures due to fluid contamination.
